Quotation&Pricing

All quotations&Pricing,unless otherwise specified, are made subject to MAXELEMENTS’ Standard Sales Terms.

Quote is comprised of costs & shipping fees as well as Handling fees if necessary. Normally we won’t accept “Freight Collect”.

Validity 

*Unless otherwise specified, items showing price are considered as in stock. All items in stock are available for prompt shipping.

*Quotation for Custom Order is valid within 1-2weeks since quotation date.

Pricing

We reserve the right to revise pricing without prior notice once quotation period is out of date.

Pricing for “items in stock” consist of goods cost and shipping fees by express door to door (term of CFR).

All the fees caused by importation are into customer’s account.

Order Confirmation

Items in stock

Customers may place an order with us by choosing and clicking on the item for online payment.

If customers need bulk quantities of items in stock, customers may contact us by mail.

Custom Orders

All the Custom Orders are subject to Maxelements’acknowledgement, either Proforma Invoice(PI)or mail confirmation. 

Custom Orders shall have to be paid in advance, while an additional fees would be added if Payable upon receipt required by customers.

Shipping&Delivery 

Shipping

We ship goods by courier door to door by FedEx, UPS or DHL etc., 

Maxelements reserves the right to execute shipment from any one of them,

designated courier is not acceptable unless otherwise as agreed by both prior to shipping.

Delivery time 

Stock items, approx. 7-10days

Custom order as per confirmation of PI or mail.

Quantities& Packages

Quantities

For stock items, Maxelements ensure customer get 100% or more of ordered quantites.

For Custom order, Maxelements make sure goods quantities shipped with tolerance -3% to +10%.

Packages

Maxelements has standardized packaging procedures to ensure safe delivery of goods,
if customer has any additional packing request, please let us know earlier.

Terms of Payment

Payment can be made online by Credit Card or Bank Transfer,please contact us for any other alternative terms of payment.

Returns & Claims

Returned goods

No goods will be accepted for return without prior permission. For items in stock, there will be a minimum of usd 35.00 or 30%

of the net invoice value,whichever is the greater. For Custom Orders, the cancellation fees would be 30%-60% ,depanding on

how far the ordered production goes.

Claims

Any claims in related to goods damage in transportation must be informed to us in writing within 3days since the date of receipt of goods.

Clear photos identification is required firstly. Any other claims in regard to short delivery, incorrect materials,sizes, tolerance and quality 

must be forwarded to us within 3days since receipt of goods. All the packaging to be kept in original state for our inspection. We will make 

an instruction list that ship a replacement free of charge if it is our responsibility, but our liability for any such claim shall not exceed the cost

of the goods.
