How can I send an inquiry to Maxelements successfully?

Customer may send an inquiry to us by info@maxelements.com directly, or post your feedback online to us

 
l I sent my enquiries several days before, why didn’t I get a quote after a couple of days?

As long as customers email enquires with detailed info to us , a quote or a reply will be made to customer 
sooner, while hereby ” info” has to include below essential items 

1) Company or Institution Name
2) Telephone
3) Contact person
4) Email
5) Products specifications
* Materials 

* Sizes: Thickness*Width*Length in piece or in roll, Diameter by thickness or others

* Purity:

* Temper:  As Rolled / Annealed / Polished /Machining etc.

* Quantity: Pieces/ Meters/ Others
 
Why I can not check its pricing online when I am interested in some items?

Maxelements concentrates on custom-made orders primarily, therefore, pricing differenctiate item by item from time 
to time in view of many factors including, but not limited to, materials availability, costs variations, orders  arrangements etc.

But we guarantee you will get a quote or a reply if all the essential items are sent to us.
 
How can I pay for my orders?

After customer’s order confirmation, we will make a Proforma Invoice with our bank details to customer,
customer shall make payment accordingly.
Or if customer require a COD (Cash on Delivery), the following procedure will be sent to customer once order is confirmed.

 

Attn: Customers for the first dealing with Maxelements, Term of Payment by COD is not applicable,unless the customer is state ownered enterprises or institutions,universities.

How can we ship goods?

Maxelements ship goods by Express Courier door to door including FEDEX, DHL, TNT, SFEXPRESS or UPS for most of orders weighting not more than 200kg

 
l How sooner can I expect to delivery of goods?

*For stock items, Delivery time of goods shall be 14days

*Orders by production, delivery time will mostly take about 30-45days depending mainly on materials availability, 
processing difficulty and scale of the capacity of productions at the time when order is placed.

We will give notice of ETD&ETA to customers after order confirmation. While delivery, in rare states,might be delayed owing to unexpected situations, 
Maxelements shall forward delaying note to customer by mail.

 
What is your warranty of your products?

Any Cargo Damage in transit, we shall be informed at the date when customer receive goods, 
more identifiable info of goods might be required. If it is owing to our responsibility such as insecure packages, one more shipment (replacement) notice will be made to customer.

Any other issues, customer shall get back to us within 7days since receipt of goods.
